Teams subscriptions allow larger groups of users to obtain a discount subscription rate. The value of the discount will depend on the size of the team. Teams can be made up of a mixture of user types eg. vets, vet nurses, practice managers. The same features of Vetuosity apply for each subscriber. Each Team is managed by a Team Administrator who is responsible for managing who is in the team. We are working on this service for Vetuosity and are hopeful it will be available soon.

We think Vetuosity is pretty cool and fulfils a need for convenient, on-demand learning. However, it would be quite tricky to recognise CPD points in MINUTES of Vetuosity videos watched. We are working on face-to-face and on-line courses which will be recognised as CPD so watch this space!

The content of all Vetuosity videos is researched using a range of resources. These resources include academic institution e-libraries, open-access journals and veterinary textbooks. Video scenes are designed and scripted to ensure key elements are not missed. These "storyboards" are then reviewed by subject matter experts and amended as necessary. Video footage is obtained to ensure accurate and engaging visual content and voice over is applied in the editing phase. Visual effects such as graphics are also applied during this phase to emphasise and enhance the content of a video. All videos reference the resources used. The final video is again reviewed by a subject matter expert and any changes made. Like all things in vet science, we appreciate there is more than one way to do things. If you've found a different way that works for you that is fine by us as well.

The short answer is "No". The longer answer is that we've done our best to research the most evidence-based techniques, along with sharing some practical tips that may help you along the way. But, like all things in vet science, there is more than one way to do things. We figure that if you put 20 vets in a room, you'll get 30 different opinions. So if you've found a different way that works for you then that is absolutely fine by us as well. Vetuosity films elective procedures performed on animals under Animal Ethics Committee (AEC) approval A2933, James Cook University. These procedures were performed for teaching of undergraduate veterinary students. By filming such procedures, Vetuosity can assist in reducing the number of live animals used for teaching purposes in the future, which supports animal ethics considerations. Non-elective procedures were filmed and performed on animals as part of their veterinary treatment to maintain and support animal welfare considerations for the benefit of the individual animal. Filming did not affect the duration or outcome of elective or non-elective procedures. Owner consent was sought and obtained for filming of all privately owned animals.
